Aims & Scope
AJMR accepts original clinical research, randomized controlled trials, case series, systematic reviews, meta-analyses, and translational research. Focus areas include internal medicine, surgery and anaesthesia, paediatrics and neonatology, obstetrics and gynaecology, oncology, infectious disease and tropical medicine, neurology, cardiology, pharmacology and drug development, diagnostic imaging, pathology and laboratory medicine, and emergency medicine in African settings. All published articles receive DOI registration, PubMed Africa collection consideration, CrossRef, Google Scholar, and DOAJ indexing. AJMR operates rigorous double-blind peer review with a 6-week turnaround target.
